Patriotic Concert
Mission Group at Kimball
During this next week, a high school Lutheran mission group from Lansing, Michigan (27 total participants) will be spending evenings at Kimball while serving throughout the day. We are happy to host these young people as they go out to serve in our community. They will also be enjoying a pool party at Deacon Liz’s and a Cannon Ballers baseball game. Welcome to Kimball!
Lutheridge Camp Week
OUR GROUP TO LUTHERIDGE will depart following lunch on Sunday in the Commons (Special thanks to those who have prepared the meal for today)! We have around 40 attending camp this Summer - including children, Confirmands who will be confirmed later this Summer, Middle School and High School Youth. We are especially pleased to have folks from Carver Elementary (and other Kannapolis City Schools) who are our guests for the week at Camp. We are also pleased that one of our dear friends from Nigeria - Camila Obiagbaoso - will be one of our counselors this coming week. Deacon Liz, Jodie Hott, Laura Pennell, and Pastor John will be our adult advisors for the week. We'll be returning to Kimball Memorial this Friday afternoon. Please keep us in your prayers!

This year the date is Sunday, August 9th, at the Northwest Swim and Racquet Club in Kannapolis, from 12:30 - 3:00. Once again, we'll enjoy ice cream from the Sweetest Thing Ice Cream Truck.
