Dying His Death/Living His Life

Our Lenten series begins this Wednesday entitled Dying His Death/Living His Life. Each service will begin at 6:30, and will last about 35 minutes. The services feature Holden Evening Prayer as our weekly liturgy and we'll be singing some of the wonderful hymns that are so well known in the congregation. We hope that you'll join us. 

Each Wednesday evening, from 5:30 - 6:15, we will have a light supper prepared by one of our church groups. This Wednesday the meal will be provided by our Table Sunday School Class. Please use the insert in today's bulletin to register your plans to attend. The deadline for registering is tomorrow at noon - you may call the Church Office to register for the meal. Thank you for attending and enjoying the Lenten Journey and the Fellowship that will go with it!

Please remember that we need to know by March 9th our numbers of youth attending the upcoming Charlotte Checkers Game on Saturday, March 21st. The cost is $20 and includes tickets and lunch. Guests are welcome to join us. We will leave Kimball at 1:00 that day and return early evening. Please contact Deacon Liz or Pastor John asap about attending, if you've not already done so - Thank you! In addition, if your young person is involved in an event this spring (plays, concert, events, honors) please let Deacon Liz or Pastor John know this schedule!

We are excited to announce a Spring Clean-Up Day at Kimball on Saturday, March 28th, from 8:00 am until Noon! This is a wonderful opportunity for our church community to come together and make a meaningful impact, as we will be focusing on both indoor and outdoor cleaning efforts. Your participation will not only help beautify our facility, but also foster a sense of camaraderie and pride in our shared space. Thank you for being a part of this project! Let's roll up our sleeves and create a sparkling environment together!

 Join us for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! We’ll enjoy lunch, crafts, games, a devotion, and, of course, an exciting Easter Egg Hunt with a special visit from the Resurrection Easter Bunny! A sign-up sheet will be posted in the Narthex and Commons. 

We need filled Easter Eggs for the hunt. Bring your filled eggs and place in the blue barrel on the ramp.

 We hope our members and friends will join us at 7:00 pm on Saturday, April 11th for an evening of Baseball and Dinner here in Kannapolis at Atrium Health Ballpark. Our Cannon Ballers will be taking on the Hickory Crawdads, the Single A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. The cost of tickets is $20, and this includes dinner, beverage (non-alcoholic) and dessert.
